Sydney Lochhead
Skate Canada Provincial Coach Certified,Bachelor of Kinesiology, CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer.

Sydney grew up skating with our club completing gold level tests in skills, dance and interpretive. She skated 4 seasons with Ice Intrepid U of M Synchro team and 1 season with Black Gold out of Calgary, both teams attending Canadian Championships.

Sydney has been coaching for a total of 14 years including time at Morris & Calgary clubs. Her day job working with physical literacy and newer life role as a mom keep her very busy. We are happy to still have her coaching for Friday morning skates this season, and we look forward to her return to more ice time in the future.

Laurie Bertholet

NCCP Level 3 Certified,  National Level Coach, Respect in Sport Certified, Manitoba Regional Seminar Clinician.

Laurie is joining us in Killarney for the 2023-2024 season and has over 30 years of coaching experience! Laurie coaches in several different Manitoba clubs and we are excited to welcome her to our team!  Laurie will also be the coach for our CanPowerSkate program this year.

Kayla Taylor

Kayla has been coaching a total of 18 years in Killarney & Cartwright including Synchro, CANskate, and STARskate.  While at University she skated with Wheat City ConnXion in Brandon., and her passion shifted towards synchro. Kayla has been involved with local synchro initiatives from the beginning at our club. She has coached GRAVITY, Lil Chicks with Picks, Chicks with Picks and Tarnished Picks over the past 11 years. We are looking forward to an exciting return to synchro skating this season at our club!

Karlee Little

Karlee volunteers her time as a PA to help with our synchro team however needed! We appreciate her support and dedication.
